Job summary

Sendify is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team and influence how we build products as the company grows. This full-time role is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

You will develop the team, raise the bar, and ensure engineering remains closely connected to customer and business needs while collaborating with Product, Design, and Data.

The ideal candidate has a strong software background, leadership experience, and a practical view on AI-assisted development.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Architecture to turn ideas into real products.
• Make big calls on people, priorities, and ways of working.
