Qualifications

• Significant experience in software engineering with proven leadership of engineering teams.
• Shipped and operated production systems, understanding the lifecycle beyond coding.
• Default to AI-assisted workflows and possess opinions on AI-driven development.
• Clear and strong English communication; Swedish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and architecture decisions.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of 14 engineers and foster a high-trust culture.
• Collaborate with product, sales and customer success to ensure engineering delivers real customer value.
• Join the management team and translate business priorities into technical execution.
