Job summary

Public Property Invest (PPI) seeks a Head of Data & Technology based in Stockholm to own our system landscape and technology roadmap across four Nordic countries. You will lead a transformation, set architecture standards, and govern vendors while guiding data governance and AI initiatives.

You will report to the CEO and influence the post‑merger integration, consolidation, and growth strategy as the company evolves into a single Nordic real estate platform.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in platform, data engineering or software and progression into technical leadership or solution architect roles.
• Led complex technology transformations in growing organisations, including post‑merger or consolidation work.
• Designed and led IT operating models, analytics and AI initiatives.
• Experience with data governance and master data management.
• Managed external suppliers and consultants.
• Owning security, risk and GDPR/NIS2 compliance topics.

Responsibilities

• Own the system landscape and technology roadmap for a Nordic real estate group.
• Define architecture standards, vendor governance, and data strategy across markets.
• Lead system harmonisation and data landscape initiatives and sequence consolidation projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants; report to the CEO.
• Explore how AI and automation will shape the company in five years.
