Vimian seeks a Data Lead to own the roadmap for the central data platform across the group, guiding a growing data team and a consulting partner. You will define central vs local boundaries and drive change management across segments.

You will govern definitions linking CRM, clinics and ERP, and expand the use of Azure data services and AI agents. The role reports to HQ with a requirement for in-office presence in Stockholm several days per week.

Formación

• Experience leading data platforms in a large, complex organisation.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and align priorities across teams.
• Strong governance mindset and ability to drive change across the business.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap of the central data platform across the group.
• Collaborate with segment leaders and a growing data team to define what belongs centrally vs locally.
• Lead the governance model and enable agents/LLM tooling to deliver business value.
