Job summary

Bannerflow in Stockholm is seeking a Head of Data to lead and scale our Data function, spanning Data Platform, Product Data, Data Science and Analytics & BI. You will have full staff responsibility for the Data team, reporting to the VP of Technology and shaping the Tech Leadership Team.

You will set the strategic and technical direction, guiding architecture, data modeling and complex data decisions while building capabilities to mature data solutions and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing data teams.
• Hands-on data background with modeling and architecture.
• Ability to set direction, balance strategy and execution.
• Strong view on applying AI to data work for productivity and quality.
• Product and business mindset with data-driven delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and Swedish; eligible to work full-time in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Data team with coaching and development.
• Own Bannerflow's data strategy, roadmap and priorities.
• Enable Product and business through data across domains.
• Set data architecture direction and guide modeling.
• Build Data Science and AI capabilities for product experiences.
• Drive analytics adoption and data literacy across the company.
• Own data governance, quality, security and tooling.
