Job summary

IFS is seeking a seasoned GTM Lead for AI Optimization, owning the global strategy for PSO, MSO and WISE. You will align Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners to craft a unified proposition, define monetisation, and drive pipeline growth.

You will guide roadmap priorities, packaging, and campaigns, building scalable GTM motions and ensuring cross-portfolio coherence in a dynamic, global business environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing global GTM strategies for enterprise software.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and influencing opportunities.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales motions including pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the global GTM strategy for the Optimisation portfolio (PSO, MSO, WISE).
• Define the common theme connecting PSO, MSO, and WISE as a single proposition.
• Shape roadmap priorities, packaging, and monetisation based on market feedback.
• Develop repeatable GTM motions to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
• Support strategic opportunities with regional sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
