Job summary

Apollo Norges utlandsorganisation is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own the full paid media lifecycle, from planning to optimization, across Nordic markets. You will analyze data, implement DCO and KPI-driven optimizations to maximize media ROI, and collaborate with teams to translate insights into action in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the full digital media landscape across paid search, paid social, programmatic and emerging channels.
• Hands-on experience in campaign setup and optimization across platforms.
• Experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), including creative setup, feed management, testing, and optimization.
• Technical understanding of tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and translating insights into optimizations.
• Strong test-and-learn approach (A/B testing, incrementality, performance experimentation).
• Ability to learn new tools and adapt in a fast-evolving landscape.
• Fluency in English and a Nordic language (Swedish/Norwegian/Danish) is required.

Responsibilities
