Job summary

Vekst is a digital agency that develops digital strategies, creates operational action plans, and executes campaigns for global B2B clients from Gothenburg. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to shape cross‑channel strategies, manage campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, and analyze results to drive growth.

You will also handle follow-up and optimization, stay ahead of industry trends, and collaborate with clients in a dynamic, growth‑minded team.

Qualifications

Professional experience in digital marketing with hands-on digital advertising.
In-depth knowledge of Meta and/or Google Ads; experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat is a plus.
Experience in analyzing digital advertising performance using Google Analytics; familiarity with other analytics tools is a plus.
Agency experience and/or working with multiple brands simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid social and/or paid search.
Actively analyze, identify improvement opportunities, and report on customer behavior and campaign outcomes.
Advise on optimization and strategies for clients' digital marketing investments.
Participate in client meetings, especially startup- and follow-up meetings.
Stay updated on industry trends and develop your skills and knowledge of new platforms.
