Job summary

Apollo in Stockholm is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage the full paid media process, from planning through hands-on optimization. You will translate data into actionable insights and drive measurable growth across digital channels.

Work with internal teams and partners to shape smarter media strategies, and continuously optimize campaigns. Fluency in Swedish/Norwegian/Danish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the digital media landscape including paid search/social, programmatic and new channels.
• Hands-on campaign setup and optimization experience in paid media.
• Experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) including setup, feeds, testing and optimization.
• Technical understanding of tracking, attribution and measurement frameworks.
• Experience analyzing data, reporting and translating insights into optimizations.
• Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach (A/B testing, incrementality).
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms quickly.
• Fluency in Swedish/Norwegian/Danish and English.
