Job summary

Eton is seeking a dedicated Customer Support professional to join our Borås headquarters. You will provide frontline support to global wholesale customers, help Sales teams, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order management and high service levels.

Fluency in Swedish and English, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills, will help you excel in our fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish and English in professional communication.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse customer groups and cultures.
• Customer service experience in similar roles or support settings.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership to resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, ERP and CRM systems.
• Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and positive culture contribution.
• Attention to detail and highly organized in customer communications and admin tasks.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, international business environments.
• Cultural awareness and ability to adapt communication across markets.

Responsibilities

• First line customer support via email and telephone for Eton's global wholesale customers.
• Manage customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, products, pricing, returns, and general support.
• Monitor daily customer service flow and communicate proactively when service levels or customer expectations are at risk.
• Support B2B customers using Eton's digital platforms and systems.
• Assist customers in navigating and utilizing digital tools and self-service solutions.
• Support the Sales team with customer related information, reporting, and operational tasks.
• Collaborate closely with Logistics, Finance, Retail, Ecommerce, and other internal departments.
• Participate in onboarding and training of new team members when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of processes, routines, and customer experience.
• Support colleagues by providing backup coverage during vacations and other absences.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.
• Actively work according to Eton's values and ethical standards.
