Job summary

Eton Shirts in Barkarby, just outside Stockholm, is seeking enthusiastic sales associates to join our luxury retail team. You will be well presented and articulate, with the confidence to offer a premium service and build relationships with clients.

As a part-time member (8 hours per week), you will act as a brand ambassador, greet customers with genuine warmth, demonstrate product knowledge, keep the store looking its best, and help achieve store targets through proactive selling and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication in English and Swedish.
• Professional presentation and confidence in delivering premium service.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Eton brand ambassador and product expert.
• Greet customers entering the store with enthusiasm and offer a premium service.
• Proactively drive the Brand’s selling process to achieve personal and store targets.

Responsibilities

• Act as an Eton brand ambassador and product expert
• Greeting customers entering the store with identifiable enthusiasm and a desire to help everyone
• Proactively deliver the Brand’s selling process, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve individual and store sales target and KPIs
• Building up a client base and proactively contacting customers and maintaining relationships by memorable shopping experiences
• Be one of our Custom Made ambassadors
• Maintaining store standards and re-merchandising the store based on current and in-store trends
• Willingness to undertake stockroom duties and inventory needs
• Assisting the management team in maximizing stores sales and profitability

Position: Part-time (8h/week)
