Job summary

Eton Shirts in Borås is seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to deliver first-line support to global wholesale customers, Sales teams and internal stakeholders. You will manage orders, answer inquiries, and drive improvements to customer experience and operational efficiency.

The role requires fluency in Swedish and English, strong communication, and experience with Outlook, Excel, ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish and English in professional communication.
• Customer service experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across cultures.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, ERP/CRM platforms or helpdesk systems.

Responsibilities

• First line customer support via email and telephone for Eton's global wholesale customers.
• Manage inquiries related to orders, deliveries, products, pricing, returns, and general support.
• Monitor daily service flow and proactively communicate when SLAs are at risk.
• Assist customers in navigating digital tools and self-service solutions.
• Support Sales with customer information, reporting and operational tasks.
