Epiroc is seeking a Project Manager to join its Global Trade Compliance team and lead cross‑functional, regulated initiatives with a focus on Dual‑Use and Export Control classification. You will coordinate across R&D, IT, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Legal, and Operations to roll out governance and master data standards globally.

The role offers a one‑year temporary contract with opportunities for extension and international travel to support multi‑region implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global or cross-functional projects in a complex or regulated environment.
• Solid project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and drive progress in an international setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex topics into practical ways of working.
• Experience working with change management, implementation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
