Located in Sweden with potential office-based work across Epiroc offices in EMEA or NAM regions; one-year temporary position with possible extension and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global or cross-functional projects in regulated environments.

• Experience with change management or process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead global project planning, coordination, and execution across an international landscape.
• Establish governance structures, steering forums, and clear ways of working.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and collaboration across functions and regions.
• Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and rollout activities.
• Coordinate risks, issue management, and implementation readiness.
• Support change management, communication, training, and adoption.
• Ensure smooth handover into business-as-usual operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Trade Compliance initiatives.
