Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Solutions & Architecture Manager to shape the architecture behind our global Trade Compliance systems. You will translate business and regulatory needs into scalable technical solutions, working across IT, compliance teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-driven capabilities, and secure, future-ready architectures to support consistent, risk-based compliance in a complex international landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience with large-scale technology projects and complex integrations is desirable.
• Knowledge of trade compliance processes and regulatory landscapes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Owns and develops the overall solution architecture for Epiroc's Global Trade Compliance systems.
• Designs integrations and end-to-end data flows across Trade Compliance and ERP systems.
• Defines technical requirements aligned with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity standards.
• Leads or supports design and implementation of new compliance initiatives and global rollouts.
• Drives automation and AI capabilities across Trade Compliance processes.
• Acts as the technical interface between Global Trade Compliance, IT, vendors and partners.
