Job summary

Epiroc Group, a global leader in mining and rock excavation, is seeking a Project Manager to join the Global Trade Compliance team. You will lead strategic initiatives that strengthen how we work with trade compliance across Epiroc, with focus on Dual-Use and Export Control Classification, in a highly collaborative, international setting.

This one-year temporary position offers cross-functional exposure across regions, governance practices, change management, and ongoing improvement of trade

Qualifications

• Experience leading global or cross-functional projects in a complex or regulated environment.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and drive progress in an international setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex topics into practical processes.
• Experience with change management, implementation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.

• Leading global project planning, coordination, and execution across a complex international landscape.
• Establishing governance structures, steering forums, and clear ways of working.
