Job summary

DP Patterning AB is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to bridge technology with business development among international customers. You will drive technically complex sales from initial contact through to serial production, working with design engineers and production teams to ensure feasible, value-adding solutions.

You will manage global opportunities, engage in technical discussions, and collaborate across disciplines to exceed customer expectations while expanding our international footprint

Qualifications

• Technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Several years in technical B2B sales or application engineering.
• Understanding of technical products and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with technical specifications, customized solutions, and complex decision‑making processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with international customers in electronics/manufacturing.
• Conduct technical and commercial discussions to understand products and development needs.
• Analyse customers’ technical challenges and how DP Patterning’s technology applies.
• Present and explain our technology, processes and capabilities to technical buyers.
• Lead technical customer projects from needs analysis to prototypes, quotations and agreements.
• Collaborate with internal design engineers, technical specialists and production teams.
• Manage sales pipeline and development of business opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings, international trade fairs and events.
• Ensure clear handover to operations before industrialisation and serial production.
• Monitor technological developments and market needs to inform product development.
