Job summary

H&M Group operates globally and seeks a Commercial Manager within Tech to shape how technology creates commercial value. You will lead a global team with a calm, inclusive leadership style, setting priorities and driving execution in a fast-moving environment.

You will collaborate with Tech leadership, product and design teams in a Stockholm-based role, reporting to the Head of Commercial & Procurement. This permanent position emphasizes governance and strategic supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

Academic background in business, economics, engineering, or related field.
Extensive tech sourcing, procurement or vendor management experience in complex orgs.
Proven leadership through change with people-centered approach.
Strong commercial/financial acumen with vendor frameworks.
Experience with SaaS, multi-vendor setups and complex contracts.
Excellent communication and ability to align stakeholders at all levels.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a global commercial team in Tech.
Create structure and clear priorities during change.
Support strategic sourcing and vendor selection for tech agreements.
Ensure cost efficiency, value optimisation and governance.
Collaborate with product, design and technology to turn strategy into execution.
Follow up supplier performance and intervene when needed.
Develop and improve commercial/procurement ways of working.
