Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to own the engineering strategy, delivery quality, and staff leadership for the Customer Acquisition and Partners products within a global SAP integration landscape.

You will lead distributed engineering teams, drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud-native architectures on Azure, collaborating with Product, Architecture, Security, and Supply Chain to deliver scalable, secure solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams in a product-oriented or enterprise environment.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise platforms and integration solutions.
• Strong experience leading geographically distributed teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering delivery across the ESCI domain, defining technology roadmaps and modernizing architecture.
• Drive CI/CD, DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, observability, and continuous improvement for delivery quality.
