Sales & Operations Planning Lead, Lund

Role Overview

As the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Lead, you will elevate our established S&OP process to drive supply‑demand alignment and enable data‑driven executive decision‑making. The role is based at Axis Communications’ headquarters in Lund.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Executive S&OP meetings by preparing, facilitating, and presenting scenarios, risks, opportunities, and trade‑offs that enable rapid, well‑founded decisions by senior leadership.
• Own the full monthly S&OP cycle: prepare, document, and communicate outcomes; ensure decisions have clear owners and timelines; follow up on actions and align with the S&OE process.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Product Management, Finance, and Sales to secure high‑quality inputs and maintain alignment.
• Advance the S&OP process maturity by identifying bottlenecks, improving data quality, and establishing best practices.
• Continuously improve the S&OP process by engaging stakeholders, gathering input, refining ways of working, and sharing best practices.
• Contribute to strategic development initiatives, including implementation of improved supply‑planning capabilities and new system tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in supply chain, engineering, economics, or related field, or corresponding professional experience.
• At least 5years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated experience in process development and change management, particularly in environments where processes are not yet fully established.
• Strong communication skills: ability to simplify complex information and present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Proven collaborative skills with a track record of working effectively across multiple functions and levels.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Experience

• Hands‑on experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and/or Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes in an international, high‑complexity environment.
• Familiarity with supply‑planning tools and systems.
• Strong understanding of how supply‑chain performance links to financial results and customer experience.
