Job summary

Axis Communications seeks a strategic Director of Sales and Marketing Systems to lead global CRM, marketing automation, web, support and localization platforms. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, drive system portfolio directions, and collaborate with sales, marketing and IT worldwide.

Reporting to the CIO, you will build and coach high-performance teams, manage cross‑regional initiatives, and influence investments aligned with Axis’ commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing technology or systems teams.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing system landscapes (CRM, marketing automation, web platforms, localization).
• Ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions at both strategic and detailed levels.
• Experience collaborating across functions and regions in a global organization.
• Coaching leadership style with a commitment to people development.
