Job summary

Axis Communications, based in Lund, Sweden, seeks a senior Director of Data Driven Impact to build a brand-new department focused on scaling data-driven initiatives across the organization. The role reports to the CIO as part of the global Information Systems leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Build and head a new department with three competence areas: project management, senior development, and data stewardship.
• Own complex, cross-functional initiatives with high dependencies and rapid progress.
• Help Axis leverage AI, automation and data-driven solutions for business value.
• Guide information flows, integrate systems and enable shared data for automation and ML predictions.
• Collaborate across departments, regions, and silos, aligning stakeholders.
• Support technology planning, prioritisation and investment decisions.
• Care for staff and optimize resource usage.
