Job summary

Axis Communications Aktiebolag is seeking a Director of Data Driven Impact to build a brand-new department focusing on leveraging AI, automation, and data to drive enterprise value. The role sits in the Information Systems management team reporting to the CIO and will lead cross‑functional programs across the company.

You will shape a team with project management, senior development, and data stewardship competencies, guiding strategic initiatives and ensuring delivery across regions and systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and head a new department dedicated to leveraging AI, automation, and data across the company.
• Own complex, cross-functional initiatives with high dependencies.
• Help Axis maximise the value from new technology and data initiatives.
• Drive information flows and integration across systems, enabling data sharing and ML-based use cases.
• Collaborate across departments, regions and silos to align and deliver.
• Support technology planning, prioritization, and investment decisions.
