Job summary

Centra is seeking a lead finance-and-data hire to partner with teams across the company. You’ll own SaaS metrics, pricing analytics, and gross margin improvements, while ensuring accurate reporting and robust data quality.

You’ll automate recurring tasks and apply AI to forecasting and variance analysis, shaping financial strategy across multiple markets. The role combines close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance to deliver self-serve insights and a reliable monthly

Qualifications

• 4-6 years as a Business Controller, Financial Controller, or data-focused finance role.
• SaaS fluency. Subscription models, recurring revenue, and what drives gross margin.
• Solid accounting foundations. Ability to own a close and defend revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics and reporting layer across the company, making dashboards self-serve.
• Manage data quality and systems integration between Plock, banking, and accounting systems; explore AI forecasting and automation.
• Own monthly close, consolidation, and audit processes, coordinating with finance partners and external auditors.
