Jobgether SRL seeks a FinOps Lead to align cloud infrastructure costs with product economics and business growth in Sweden. You will partner with Finance, Engineering, Product, Data, and HR to translate usage into financial insights and guide investment decisions.

Responsibilities include cost allocation, forecasting, and modeling the financial impact of new products, with a strong emphasis on gross margins, unit economics, and scalability.

Qualificações

• Hands-on FinOps experience across cloud platforms.
• Strong FinOps principles and practices knowledge.
• Ability to engage with Engineering on cost-performance trade-offs.
• Experience with cloud billing data and cost-management platforms.
• Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills, with SQL.
• Excellent communication across Finance, Product, Engineering, Data, and HR.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain cloud cost allocation strategies, tagging, and dashboards.
• Identify optimization opportunities and establish cost reviews with Tech and Product teams.
• Connect cloud spend to revenue and gross margin in partnership with Data and Finance.
• Own rolling cloud infrastructure cost forecasts considering growth and architecture changes.
• Assess financial impact of new products and features in early development.
• Model scalability costs and economic drivers of product growth.
• Build pre-launch cost models and contribute to pricing scenarios.
• Provide leadership with a clear overview of resource allocation and costs.
• Maintain time-tracking and audit trails for R&D projects and grants.
• Collaborate with HR/Finance on hiring cost projections and payroll expenses.
