Job summary

Centiro’s Censhine unit is seeking a Business & Operations Lead to drive operational and commercial development. You’ll work closely with customers, leadership and internal teams to ensure we achieve goals, deliver customer value and scale efficiently.

You’ll translate customer needs into growth opportunities, build trust with stakeholders, manage risks, and turn strategy into action while upholding Centiro’s ethos and agile ways of working.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience leading a business, operational or commercial function.
• Proven ability to drive growth, business performance and operational improvements.
• Experience in economics, financial performance tracking and follow-ups.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities, risks and priorities and turn them into action.
