Job summary

Tandem Health is building a new FP&A seat within our finance team to define forecasting and business analysis. You'll own budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and business cases across a fast-growing, multi-country SaaS business, collaborating with Commercial and Product/Engineering to drive decisions.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll build models, dashboards, and the forecasting tech stack from scratch, use modern tools, and translate data into clear narratives to inform pricing,

Qualifications

• Senior-level FP&A experience in a B2B SaaS environment with end-to-end ownership
• Hands-on ownership of a full budget and forecast cycle including board reporting
• Deep working knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, bookings, deferred revenue, recognised revenue)
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills for forecasting and scenario planning
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insight for non-finance stakeholders
• Experience working across multiple countries and multi-currency environments
• Experience setting up FP&A processes and tooling from scratch
• Ability to balance detail with strategic perspective
• Clear communication and cross-functional partnering with leadership

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget and rolling forecast, build management reporting and board packs
• Develop KPI tracking dashboards (ARR bridge, NRR/GRR, CAC payback, unit economics by market)
• Create business cases, scenario modelling, and unit economics analyses
• Support pricing, investments, headcount, and resource allocation with rigorous analysis
• Run monthly budget vs. actuals and align financials with business insights
• Partner with Commercial, Product/Engineering and other teams to combine financial data with operations
• Lead the build-out of the forecasting tech stack using modern tools
