Job summary

Teknos seeks an experienced Commercial Excellence and Pricing Manager to own global Commercial Excellence and Pricing & Margin. You will develop frameworks, drive data-driven pricing decisions, and collaborate with regions, business segments, and Group Finance.

Based in Europe in a hybrid setup, you will lead cross-functional, international projects and establish consistent processes that protect margins and fuel growth across Teknos' global markets.

Qualifications

• Several years of solid pricing or margin management experience in a B2B environment, ideally manufacturing.
• Experience in commercial excellence or sales effectiveness areas.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional and international projects.

Responsibilities

• Rollout and standardize the Global KAM model across regions and segments with practical playbooks.
• Harmonize distributor and technical service models across regions.
• Identify growth initiatives with clear business cases and measurable results.
• Shape Teknos pricing and margin approach with regions, segments and Group Finance.
• Develop price lists, discount and rebate structures applied consistently.
• Create margin transparency via KPIs, reporting and insights on margin gains/losses.
• Support pricing for key accounts, including quotes, approvals, and annual increases.
• Collaborate with IT, ERP, CRM and e-commerce teams to ensure correct pricing reaches every order channel.
