The role will operationalise the domain ownership model, embed consistent standards, resolve data quality issues and build confidence in the workforce data that underpins reporting, analytics and strategic decision‑making.
Ownership of workforce data has shifted to a domain ownership model. Historically, the lack of clear ownership led to inconsistent standards and poor data quality. By defining and governing the data stewardship model, you will ensure that HR data is accurate, reliable and trusted.
