  • Minimum 3 years of relevant global HR analytics experience.
  • Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with HR systems/databases.
  • Experience building and managing datasets from internal/external sources is advantageous.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

What You’ll Do at Elekta

As a Global People Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling a data‑driven People function by transforming complex people data into actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders across Organizational Development, HR Partnering, and HR Operations to support strategic decision‑making and global initiatives. This role is part of a collaborative, global environment where you will help shape how data is used to improve employee experience, organizational performance, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across hiring, engagement, performance, and turnover.
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data models for global HR reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems and data sources.

What You’ll Bring
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a global and dynamic organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting data insights.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with HR systems and databases; familiarity with Workday is preferred.
  • Experience building and managing datasets from internal and external sources is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
