Job summary

Elekta is seeking a Global People Analyst to transform complex people data into actionable insights and support strategic HR decisions. You will collaborate with Organizational Development, HR Partnering, and HR Operations in a global, data-driven environment.

You’ll build dashboards, ensure data quality, and define key metrics to improve employee experience, performance, and business outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a global and dynamic organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting data insights.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience working with HR systems and databases; familiarity with Workday is preferred.
  • Experience building and managing datasets from internal and external sources is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance standards.
  • Support audit processes by providing accurate, well-documented data and analysis.

What You’ll Do At Elekta

As a Global People Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling a data‑driven People function by transforming complex people data into actionable insights.
