Job summary

Saint-Gobain Ecophon Sverige is seeking a Global Learning & Capability Manager to shape Ecophon's global competence and learning agenda, translating product knowledge into engaging learning experiences for multiple markets and functions.

You will develop training programs, digital learning solutions and AI-supported tools, lead workshops and measure impact, with international travel and the role based at our Hyllinge headquarters.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, implementing and managing training, learning or capability-building initiatives in an international environment.
• Digitally minded with experience using modern learning platforms and solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across functions and cultures.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Ecophon's global competence and learning strategy.
• Develop training programs, learning journeys and competence frameworks to support business objectives.
• Develop learning content, maintain the global learning library and support sales organizations through knowledge transfer.
• Lead workshops, webinars, training sessions and learning activities for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive development and utilization of Ecophon's showroom and training center.
• Develop and implement digital learning solutions and AI-assisted learning tools.
• Measure impact of learning initiatives and continuously improve content and delivery methods.
