Atos Medical in Malmö, Sweden, is looking for a Learning Manager, Global Learning & Development, on a fixed-term parental leave cover. You will shape how customer-facing colleagues build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform, with a focus on onboarding programs worldwide.

You’ll act as an internal learning consultant and designer, collaborating with Customer Experience, Clinical Education, Product Management, Marketing, and local markets to deliver practical, engaging learning

Formación

• +4 years in Learning & Development, Learning and/or Instructional Design, Capability Development, or similar field
• Strong project management skills from analysis through implementation
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and learning needs analysis
• Experience partnering with subject matter experts and business stakeholders
• Strong learning-design skills with learning experiences for commercial/customer-facing teams
• Proficiency developing assets (e-learning, facilitator materials, assessments, job aids) and using digital authoring tools and learning platforms
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to understand capability challenges and learning needs
• Design learning experiences that support knowledge application, skill development and performance
• Independently develop learning assets (e-learning modules, facilitator guides, worksheets, ILT workshops)
• Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts
• Manage learning projects from analysis through implementation
• Maintain learning content within digital platforms
