Job summary

Volvo Buses in Göteborg is seeking a Training Specialist within Global Service Training to secure the trainings workshops need. You will develop training material and train market trainers, coordinating with engineering teams to translate product knowledge into effective sessions.

You’ll use diverse media—from classroom sessions to e-learnings, videos, and interactive exercises—to transfer knowledge to technicians.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with focus on automotive systems.
• Strong presentation, teaching and pedagogical skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English for global trainings.
• Ability to train market trainers and technicians.
• Willingness to co-develop training materials with engineers.
• Customer-centric mindset and cross-functional collaboration.
• Optional: Bus driving license (category D) and 1000V knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop trainings in alignment with projects and market needs.
