Job summary

Saint-Gobain Ecophon Sverige is seeking a Global Learning & Capability Manager to shape Ecophon's global competence and learning agenda, translating product knowledge into engaging learning experiences for multiple markets and functions.

You will develop training programs, digital learning solutions and AI-supported tools, lead workshops and measure impact, with international travel and the role based at our Hyllinge headquarters.

The role

At Ecophon, we believe that knowledge and competence are key drivers of innovation, business performance and customer value. We are now looking for a Global Learning & Capability Manager who will play a central role in shaping and driving Ecophon's global competence and learning agenda.

This is a strategically important position at the intersection of product expertise, commercial development and capability building. As a trusted partner to stakeholders across the organization, you will transform technical expertise, product knowledge and business priorities into engaging learning experiences and development initiatives that strengthen commercial capabilities, enable knowledge sharing and support business growth.

A key part of the role is to further develop Ecophon's global learning library while driving digital learning initiatives and modern learning solutions.

The role includes:

• Define and drive Ecophon's global competence and learning strategy.
• Develop training programs, learning journeys and competence frameworks that support business objectives.
• Develop learning content, maintain Ecophon's global learning library and support sales organizations through effective knowledge transfer.
• Lead workshops, webinars, training sessions and learning activities for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive the continued development and utilization of Ecophon's showroom and training center.
• Develop and implement digital learning solutions and AI-supported learning tools.
• Measure the impact of learning initiatives and continuously improve content, formats and delivery methods.

The role reports to the Market Development Manager and is preferably based at Ecophon's headquarters in Hyllinge, Sweden. International travel is expected but limited.

Is this you?

To succeed in this role, you have experience developing, implementing and managing training, learning, competence development or capability-building initiatives in an international environment. You understand how learning can support business strategy and are comfortable working across functions, cultures and organizational levels. You possess strong stakeholder management skills and are used to influencing and collaborating across diverse international organizations.

You are digitally minded and have experience with modern learning platforms, digital learning solutions or educational technologies. Experience from construction, manufacturing, architecture, product-related businesses or specification-driven environments is considered an advantage, as is experience within Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence or Product Management.
