Nederman Group is looking for a Learning & Organisational Development Manager to join its Group HR team at the headquarters in Helsingborg.

This is a broad and influential role combining organisational change, leadership and capability development, talent and succession, employee engagement and selected HR governance responsibilities. A significant part of the assignment will initially focus on change management related to Nederman’s global ERP and HCM implementation.

The role is not limited to developing learning programmes or managing platforms. It requires someone who can translate business needs into practical initiatives, support leaders and organisations through change, and combine process ownership with hands‑on, project‑based implementation.

You will work closely with the SVP Human Resources, the small and collaborative Group HR team and business stakeholders across Nederman’s international organisation.

The ideal candidate brings broad HR and organisational development experience, strong leadership and hands‑on capability and the confidence to create impact through credibility, collaboration and influence rather than formal authority.
