Job summary

Saab AB seeks a senior leader to establish and head Strategy & Transformation. You will own the NCS strategic plan and mid‑ to long‑term roadmap, translating it into a focused transformation across Product Units and global roles.

You will prioritize, invest and organise work, shaping decisions from leadership and ensuring measurable benefits. You will collaborate with Fire Control System, Combat Systems, Portfolio & Modulation, Governance & Operations, and global sales teams, reporting to the

Qualifications

Documented experience from leading a business, product area or major transformation.
Background from high-tech, industrial or system-driven environments with many stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategies, portfolios or roadmaps and to follow up on value and effects.
Strong analytical skills and sound judgement, with the ability to frame options and trade-offs for senior decision-makers.
Well-developed communication skills, and the ability to create clarity and alignment across different parts of an organisation.

Responsibilities

Shape and maintain roadmaps for growth, capabilities and investments with clear priorities and sequencing.
Bring initiatives from Product Units and global roles into a coherent portfolio.
Support decisions on portfolio, industrial footprint, operating model and ways of working.
Follow up on progress, benefits and KPIs and adjust as needed.
Lead change management to ensure new structures and processes take hold.
