Job summary

TePe Oral Hygiene Products seeks an IS/IT Support Specialist to assist colleagues across our international organization with technical needs. Based in Malmö, you will train users, troubleshoot issues, and help keep our IT environment running smoothly.

The role reports to the IT Operations Manager and involves travel to international subsidiaries. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, manage devices and software, and participate in IT projects and improvements to enhance daily workflows.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Fluent Swedish and advanced English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Deliver first-line IT support by receiving, prioritizing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests.
Coordinate and follow up on incidents and service requests through the Service Desk.
Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring employees receive equipment, access and support.
Install, configure, and maintain computers and software.
Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ways of working.
Participate in IS/IT projects, rollouts, and improvements.
