Job summary

Yubico, a global leader in identity security, seeks a hands-on IT Manager to lead our IT Support and Services team from Stockholm. You will optimize workflows, scale operations globally, and ensure secure, compliant IT processes.

Regular on-site presence with some remote flexibility is required to support our workforce worldwide. You will manage core technologies, drive service delivery, and collaborate with Security, Supply Chain, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with 2+ years in IT management or leading IT teams.
• Experience with modern IT productivity suites and enterprise SaaS.
• Familiarity with security principles and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a globally distributed IT Support and Services team.
• Own the global IT service desk queue and escalations to ensure high user satisfaction.
• Design and automate IT processes and workflows to scale with company growth.
• Drive reliable IT operations and provide dedicated support for Supply Chain teams.
• Manage vendor relations and contractor workforce including renewals and spend.
• Oversee IT asset inventory and lifecycle to optimize spend and hardware refresh cycles.
