Job summary

Yubico, a global leader in identity security, is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead our global IT Support and Services team from Stockholm. The role focuses on executing, optimizing, and maintaining IT operations while driving key business objectives and ensuring excellent service delivery worldwide.

You will oversee core technologies, scale IT support globally, and manage the IT work queue with some on-site presence and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with 2+ years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with IT project management, ticketing, and workflow tools (e.g., Jira Service Management).
• Security fundamentals, identity management, and endpoint security.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a globally distributed IT Support and Services team.
• Own the global IT service desk queue and escalations to ensure high user satisfaction.
• Design, document and automate IT processes to scale with growth (automation-first).
• Oversee IT operations and ensure reliable service delivery for core IT services.
• Manage vendor relations, contract renewals, and IT asset lifecycle for global needs.
