Job summary

Yubico is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Stockholm Operations team. In this hands-on role, you will support the day-to-day execution of fulfilment, inventory and operational activities, helping ensure that customer orders are prepared accurately, efficiently and to the expected quality standard.

This is a 5 day/week on-site role based at our Stockholm site, requiring close collaboration with the Operations team across inventory handling, quality inspection and related documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in supply chain, warehouse, fulfilment or similar operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational activities related to order fulfilment, including preparation, inspection and handling of outgoing products.
• Support daily production and fulfilment requirements to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform repetitive operational tasks with a high level of precision, consistency and attention to detail.
• Support other areas of Operations when required to meet daily workload and production requirements.
• Receive, count, inspect and record incoming inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory usage and support alignment between physical inventory and system records.
• Support inventory-control activities and report discrepancies or issues when identified.
• Handle products and materials according to defined operational and security requirements.
• Carry out quality inspections of physical products using defined procedures and basic measuring equipment such as scales and rulers.
• Identify, document and communicate quality, logistics or operational issues for corrective action.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation and process instructions.
• Follow established procedures and elevate issues that may affect quality, inventory accuracy or fulfilment performance.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Follow Yubico's operational, security and privacy requirements.
• Handle products, equipment and materials responsibly and in accordance with established procedures.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying issues and suggesting practical improvements to daily ways of working.
