Job summary

Arkion, a Stockholm-based grid intelligence company, is seeking Head of Marketing to own end-to-end marketing. You will lead pipeline generation, regional go-to-market for the Americas and Europe, and shape Arkion's brand as it scales.

You will build a lean marketing engine using AI, freelancers and partners, collaborating with sales, product and customer delivery. This role offers growth to lead a larger function and help define a new global category.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech or industrial markets with long sales cycles.
• Proven hands-on results in demand generation, ABM or pipeline marketing.
• Comfortable with CRM, marketing automation and data; think funnels and conversions.
• AI-native way of working and daily use of AI tools to boost output.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Swedish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM and pipeline marketing; own marketing-sourced and -influenced pipeline.
• Build and execute regional GTM for Europe and the Americas, with partner marketing.
• Own events and thought leadership; position Arkion's CTO as a leading voice.
• Own messaging, website, case studies and content; use AI and freelancers to scale.
• Provide sales with decks, references and competitive material.
• Define and report marketing KPIs in the CRM; report to CEO and board.
• Manage budget, agencies and freelancers for ROI.
