Job summary

Making Science in Stockholm seeks a Marketing Manager – Northern Region to lead regional marketing, PR, demand generation, and employer branding across Sweden, Nordics, and Germany. You’ll own multi‑channel campaigns, partnerships, events, and internal branding with a hands‑on, data‑driven approach.

You will collaborate with local group entities and drive AI‑enabled content creation and performance tracking to optimize ROI and lead generation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in field marketing, B2B digital marketing, or integrated communications.
• Hands-on execution: copy, email workflows, social channels, and event logistics.
• PR, writing press releases, securing regional media coverage.
• Native fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of modern digital advertising and tech landscape.
• Adaptability and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Campaign Execution: create, schedule, deploy regional marketing campaigns across social media, email, and CRM.
• Content creation and localized copywriting for regional assets.
• Oversee regional website updates, event landing pages, and tracking in line with SEO standards.
• Oversee Nordics & Germany: drive regional marketing initiatives and partnerships.
• Lead regional strategy, budget planning and GTM with partners.
• Design multi-channel demand gen campaigns and enable regional sales teams.
• Direct PR ownership: craft press releases and secure media coverage.
• Plan events, webinars, and partner activities to boost visibility.
• Drive employer branding with HR and internal comms.
• Deploy AI tools to streamline regional content creation and workflow.
