Job summary

Dellner Couplers AB, a Wabtec company, is seeking an experienced Global ESH Manager & Local Q-ESH Manager to lead and develop ESH across a global organization with close involvement in our Swedish operations in Vika, Falun. You will report to the Head of Coupler Operations and guide a team of 10 colleagues, partnering with QHSE Managers, and the Integrated Management System & Certification Manager.

You will drive ESH strategy, lead sustainability initiatives, ensure compliance across multiple

Qualifications

University degree in engineering or equivalent.
At least seven years of relevant ESH work experience.
Hands-on experience from a production or shop-floor environment.
Ability to translate EHS requirements into practical guidance for sites.
Experience in auditing management systems and leading teams.
Fluent in English, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive and continuously improve global and local ESH agenda with site QHSE functions.
Lead sustainability initiatives and the sustainability report.
Ensure reliable processes for environmental data, legal compliance and welding certification.
Develop and maintain management systems for IRIS/ISO 22163, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025 and ECM.
Coordinate customer ESH audits and support internal audits for environment and work environment.
Collaborate with Swedish operations, customers and suppliers to enhance safety and sustainability.
Work with the Wabtec Transit organization to converge EHS systems.
