Job summary

Dellner Couplers AB, a Wabtec company, seeks an Integrated Management System & Certifi­cations Manager to develop and maintain our global Business Management System and keep sites audit-ready, certified and continuously improving.

You will work with global process owners and local QHSE functions, lead one direct report, and coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Procurement to shape how our sites perform in customer and certification audits.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent.
• At least five years of relevant experience in quality management systems and auditing.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards and process improvement.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global Business Management System (BMS) in line with ISO standards and regulations.
• Plan, evaluate and improve efficiency of processes to enhance Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
• Be the first contact for certification bodies and coordinate global audit schedules.
• Represent the company at customer and supplier certification audits and support site audits.
• Coordinate corrective actions globally and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate global quality targets and actions to prevent quality failures across sites.
• Support integration of Wabtec and Dellner management systems.
