Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Sustainability Lead to drive strategic and operational sustainability initiatives at our Västerås site. You will lead the QEHS sustainability program, report to the Sweden QEHS Director, and coordinate across functions to advance our sustainability targets and compliance.

On-site role with international collaboration. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of leadership in industrial sustainability, strong CSRD/ESRS knowledge, and excellent Swedish/English

Qualifications

5+ years leading sustainability programs in industrial or technical environments.
Knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, and GHG reporting frameworks.
Ability to influence across divisions without direct personnel responsibility.
Strong written and spoken communication in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sustainability strategies and projects.
Monitor and report on sustainability performance and progress.
Coordinate cross-functional work to embed sustainability across the business.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
