Job summary

Dellner Couplers AB, a Wabtec company, invites a driven Integrated Management System & Certifications Manager to develop and maintain our global Business Management System. You will ensure sites stay audit-ready, certified and continuously improved, working with global process owners and local QHSE teams.

Reporting to the Director Quality, Customer Service and Business Development, you will lead one direct report and coordinate ISO/IRIS standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of business management systems and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global Business Management System in line with ISO standards.
• Plan and improve efficiency of processes ensuring security, quality, delivery and cost.
• Coordinate certification activities and global audit schedules.
• Represent the company at customer audits and support sites.
• Coordinate corrective actions and ensure timely closure.
• Integrate Wabtec and Dellner management systems.
• Lead global QA targets and drive continuous improvement.

As Integrated Management System & Certifications Manager, you will develop and maintain our global Business Management System and help our sites stay audit-ready, certified and continuously improving. You will work in close cooperation with the global process owners and the local QHSE functions at our sites worldwide.

You will report to the Director Quality, Customer Service and Business Development and lead one direct report. While the preferred location for this role is Vika, Falun, we are open to considering candidates based at another Dellner site for the right individual.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and improve our global Business Management System in line with ISO standards (IRIS / ISO 22163, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17025, ECM) and applicable regulations
• Plan, evaluate and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance Security, Quality, Delivery and Cost
• Be the first point of contact for our certification bodies and coordinate certification activities and the global audit schedule
• Represent the company at customer audits and support sites at certification audits
• Coordinate and follow up corrective actions globally and make sure they are closed on time
• Coordinate global quality targets and actions to prevent quality failures across sites
• Support the integration of the Wabtec and Dellner management systems

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you bring a strong technical background, supported by a degree in engineering or equivalent. You have at least five years of relevant experience and a good understanding of business management systems and auditing. You enjoy leading multiple activities, ensuring deadlines are met, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. You also communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.

This is a global role with real influence. You will work closely with colleagues in Operations, Engineering and Procurement, as well as with customers and suppliers, which gives you a broad view of the business and the opportunity to build strong relationships across the organisation. You will help shape how our sites work with quality and certifications, and you will play a visible part in bringing two management systems together. Your work will directly affect how our sites perform in customer and certification audits, and you will have the mandate to improve how we work, together with colleagues around the world.
