Job summary

IDOM Consulting, Engineering, Architecture is seeking a Document Controller to join the Metals & Minerals team for an international steel-industry project in Sweden. You will support multidisciplinary teams, manage project documents, and help ensure compliance and timely delivery across national and international projects.

The role emphasizes documentation control, collaboration, and using Aconex/SharePoint, with English proficiency and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Studied Library Science and Documentation or Information and Documentation.
• 3–5 years of experience in document management.
• Experience in requirements analysis for project deliverables and bid management/control.
• Monitor status of documents produced.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in registering and distributing project documentation, and project closure in terms of final documentation.
• Train in Aconex and Sharepoint; BIM 360/ACC knowledge valued.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office; knowledge of document management tools valued.
