Job summary

Kenvue Helsingborg is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to join our onsite team. You will schedule and route outbound shipments, coordinate with carriers, and monitor delivery to ensure on-time order release and service levels.

This role collaborates with Quality, Planning, Warehouse, Production, and Customer teams to optimize distribution workflows, plan freight, and align schedules with production and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics.
• 1-3 years in transportation, logistics, distribution analysis, or logistics coordination.
• Strong data analytics and MS Office skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route outbound shipments and monitor delivery to ensure on-time release.
• Coordinate with carriers control towers and internal teams.
• Plan domestic and international outbound freight to meet customer standards.
• Develop production and transportation schedules and communicate delays or capacity constraints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to secure efficient distribution workflows.
• Assess capacity and adjust resources to balance customer demands.
