Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden is seeking a Transport & Logistics Planner to coordinate global shipments, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain accurate documentation. You will collaborate with customers, internal teams, and freight forwarders in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, taking ownership of daily transport issues and continuous process improvements.

The role supports projects across our Swedish sites and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, shipping, and/or logistics.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Collaborative in a multicultural global environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical and multi-tasking abilities.
• Energetic, curious and self-confident with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle transport from packed material to delivery, including planning, booking and monitoring.
• Prepare shipping documents and evaluate suppliers' documents.
• Ensure shipping, packing and marking per project requirements and regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth shipping.
• Represent Logistics team in project teams and take responsibility for shipments.
• Ensure project timelines and transportation budgets are met while complying with regulations.
